With a background in costume making and styling, owner Ellen Christine Colon-Lugo offers a charming display of hats, textiles, lingerie, suits and accessories in a small and intimate setting. The hats are the stars of her collection, however, and include both vintage items and pieces created by Ellen herself. Ellen Christine Couture also carries a line of bridal hats and French veils. By appointment only.
