New York City is the ultimate location to plan a convention, trade show or event that will draw attendees in record numbers, and our Destination Services team is here to help ensure it's a complete success. We offer both turnkey and customized tools to help you get the word out to potential attendees about your meeting and all there is to explore while they are visiting New York City.

Member Sourcing and Referrals

Let the Destination Services team send your RFP to our members through a lead or referral process. We have members in every category to cover all your needs, including venues, reception spaces, transportation companies, team-building activities, group theater and attraction tickets, and business services.

Once you’re ready to see a space, we can help you with a custom site visit to aid in your decision-making.
