Zabb PuTawn offers Northern and Northeastern Thai cuisine from Michelin-starred chef Therdtus “Tony” Rittaprom, who learned to cook from his parents in Isan. It’s a comeback of sorts for Chef Tony, who won a Michelin star for his unapologetically Isan fare—Northeastern Thai delicacies like nam kradook moo, deep fried fermented pork ribs, and gaeng om, a fiery Lao-style chicken soup—at Zabb Elee in Jackson Heights, Queens, in 2015.
