PARTICIPATION FEE
FOR WINTER 2023 PARTICIPANTS: There is no additional fee to participate this summer. Those restaurants with an outstanding balance have been notified and will not be able to participate until the balance is paid in full prior to program launch. There are no refunds for opting out of summer participation and it is your responsibility to register by the deadline. We will send reminders via email and phone throughout the registration period.
FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS: As you may know, New York City Tourism + Conventions waived the participation fees for all restaurants for both NYC Restaurant Week To Go Winter 2021 and NYC Restaurant Week Summer 2021. We were able to secure additional funding from the Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment to cover fees for both the Winter 2022 and Summer 2022 programs. New York City Tourism + Conventions recognizes these past few years have been a challenging time across the restaurant industry and want to do all we can to help as many restaurants as possible with our programming. For 2023, we are offering up to 300 complimentary registrations and, once filled, reinstating a participation fee at a significant discount. These fees will directly support the robust marketing plan for the program. As a 501(c)6 organization, membership dues, including the participation fees for NYC Restaurant Week, are crucial for the continued success of the program.
Thanks to generous support from the Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment, the first 50 registrants in each of the six regions outlined below will receive complimentary registration (one per restaurant group/related restaurants) for the 2023 winter and summer programs. Their support also covers the nearly 50% discount on the participation fee for any restaurants that do not receive complimentary registration. Please note that some regions sold out of complimentary spots during winter registration. Restaurants that register under the incorrect region will be reassigned and issued an invoice.
An invoice will be emailed to you after registration has been completed. Payment must be made on or prior to June 20, 2023, to guarantee inclusion for launch. Fee includes Summer 2023 NYC Restaurant Week and your membership for the remainder of the year. Participation fees are nonrefundable.
