Description
This Japanese-inspired spot swings both vegan and vegetarian with sushi rolls that are entirely plant-based. The fish-less sushi options include Spicy Mang (filled with avocado, mango, cucumber, spicy veggies and toasted cayenne sauce) and Mighty Mushroom (enoki mushrooms, baked tofu and braised shiitake with shiitake truffle sauce). Among the sides and appetizers are seaweed salad and dumplings stuffed with sun-dried tomato and smoked butternut squash.
