Description
The delectable creations at Blossom Ice Cream are almost too pretty to eat. Blossom specializes in Thai rolled ice cream—a method that involves preparing a flavored ice cream base to order and then pouring it along with other ingredients onto a freezing metal pan. The ingredients are mixed together using paddles then spread out thin and rolled into sections, popped into a cup and garnished with toppings. The all-natural ice cream flavors include Morning Roast (coffee with graham crackers), Wild Berry Lavender, Dream of Hawaii (vanilla with coconut flakes) and Open Sesame (black sesame with graham crackers)—along with soy-based options for those with dietary limitations. Drinks are served in light bulb–shaped glasses, adding to the charm.
