Dishes like duck confit, lamb empanadas and tuna tartar are created using products that are free of antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, growth-stimulants and other harmful products. Plus, BPG boasts a cocktail program that was designed by veterans of Pegu Club and PDT. Expect jalapeno-laced Cointreau, prickly pear puree and tequila infused with espresso.
