The Mexican restaurant that's beloved for its mouthwatering hanger steak tacos, pollo asado rolled quesadillas, black bean burritos with avocado crema and super-fresh guacamole seems to slowly be taking over the City, one food spot at the time. What started as a food cart in SoHo by owners Jesse Vendley and Peter Oleyer has grown into a virtual empire—the latest incarnation being this brand-new concession stand in the Brooklyn Bridge Park area. Like its brick-and-mortar sister in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, it will be serving up all the faves.
