Description
Located at West 23rd Street and the West Side Highway, this two-and-a-half acre park includes a dog run, a playground with water features, fields and a basketball court. The central portion of the park includes a pedestrian walkway flanked by lawns for recreation and lush, mixed herbaceous planting beds.
