Owned by Peruvians, it is dimly lit (with a garden out back) and usually packed with longtime locals. Try the shell steak, the fried rice with strips of chicken or beef and a side of yucca. And don’t forget to order extra green sauce—guaranteed you’ll be craving it in the middle of the night.
