Try the VCR (vodka sauce with basil and ricotta) or the Hot Potato (with ’nduja sausage and scallions). Drawing on Hughes’s pizza expertise—he spent time at Roberta’s—and Cacici’s Italian American roots, the duo has also perfected their own sourdough-leavened crust.
