A Southern country bakery with big-city flair, Donna Bell's is owned by actress Pauley Perrette (best known for her turn as Abigail on TV's NCIS). Named after Perrette's mother, an Alabama baker, down-home charm inspires the shop's line of confections, like red velvet cake and Mississippi mud bars, as well as their savories, like a bacon and blue cheese biscuit.
