Chef Chris Cheung brings world-class Chinese dumplings and bao to Windsor Terrace. The Jean-Georges Vongerichten alum’s pork dumplings, made with heritage Berkshire pork, and dry aged beef potstickers frequently sell-out. Finish your order with something sweet like Cheung’s refreshing bubble tea or Hong Kong hot cakes. Seats are coveted in the small red-and-white restaurant with a high stool bar, lit by red lanterns and anchored by an open kitchen.
