NightlifeWest Village
Entwine
Description
If you're after some basic Middle Eastern snacks and a wide selection of wine, this little West Village hideaway has its charms, such as a dining room that harks back to an old-school parlor and a quiet back garden enclosed by thick white brick walls. The bar on the main level and the bar downstairs are intimate, featuring unusual cocktails like the Monkey Gland, with Bombay Sapphire gin, absinthe, orange juice and grenadine. To help keep your wits about you are various olives, couscous, smoked salmon rolls with herbed goat cheese, and an olive oil baked potato topped with a spicy sauce.
