High-quality tortillas, made with corn masas sourced directly from independent producers in Mexico are the real focus of this Oaxacan-influenced restaurant. Pair blue, yellow, red or purple corn varietals with triangular tetelas, quesadillas, and crispy tlayudas with cheese and black bean, chicken, or mezcal mushroom toppings (there’s plenty here for vegans and vegetarians). Wash them down with an iced horchata or atole (a milkshake-thick corn drink). The gorditas are especially popular for breakfast.
