Appetizer highlights include Drunken Mussels (New Zealand mussels and Mexican chorizo in Cusquena beer sauce) and Ceviche Frida (fish, passion fruit lime puree, celery, aji amarillo, whipped sweet potato, avocado, onion and cucumber).
