The humble name Hunan Slurp belies how chic this Chinese restaurant is, showcasing light, chewy rice noodles (mi fen) artfully topped with fish, pork or seasonal vegetables. Chao Wang, an artist and chef from the Hunan province, devised these thoughtful, precise preparations.
