It offers sweeping views of the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center and the NYC skyline. Drawing on New York’s Chinatown dining legacies, its tomato-red bar is framed by tiled portals and temple-like joinery, grounded in intimacy by hand-painted lotus motifs. The rooftop izakaya offering vibrant, shareable small plates inspired by Asian flavors, including lobster dumplings with Maine lobster, and a spicy tuna hand roll made with bluefin tuna.
