Description

A popular Cantonese dim sum dish, rice rolls (or cheung fun) are all about silky, chewy texture. A batter of rice flour and cornstarch is cooked in a thin layer before being folded up with fillings of your choice. The rolls are best enjoyed with a generous pour of soy sauce or chili oil.
