Chimi Luisa
Description
After developing a following for their beloved Dominican food truck, Chimi Luisa opened up this brick and mortar spot in Washington Heights, offering diners a true taste of Santo Domingo without having to leave NYC. Though the location is takeout-only, Chimi Luisa is conveniently located just steps from Highbridge Park, so you can take your chimi and frituras to go and eat while enjoying the striking views of the Harlem River and the High Bridge Water Tower.
