Mac Shack provides a unique dining experience by offering classic, seasonal and modern-creative macaroni & cheese flavors, with ingredients sourced from local vendors as much as possible. Mac Shack cooks up lots of variations on the classic pasta and cheese comfort dish, starting with different combinations of cheeses (Monterrey Jack, cheddar, Gouda, fontina, Swiss and others), and adding a variety of veggies, meat and seasonings to extend the range of mac & cheese to pizza mac, Buffalo mac, pesto mac, jerk mac, curry mac, and even lobster mac.
