Fine-dining kings Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, of Eleven Madison Park, have another winner with Made Nice—a fast-casual concept in a large, industrial space with an open kitchen. The line can be long at lunch and dinner but moves quickly, and the staff is aces at turning out New American food with a healthy focus. Look for seared cod Provençal, curry cauliflower stew with tofu and a grain salad with mustard greens and sunflower seeds.
