This warm, welcoming Spanish taverna holds fast to tradition, with pitchers of sangria and pans of saffron-hued paella adorning nearly every white-linen-covered table. The Valencian-style paella is protein heavy, with clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, chicken and chorizo.
