Although it sounds like a lunch spot where Chelsea residents would line up for healthy salads, Mixed Greens is actually a gallery that has showcased dozens of contemporary artists from both New York and around the United States, including Howard Fonda, Joan Linder, Zane Lewis and Paul Plante. Started in order to give up-and-comers a platform to show their work, the gallery now represents 18 artists. Like what you see?
