Motel Morris is not a motel—but the name is meant to evoke nostalgic mid-century American road trips. The restaurant does a good job of that, with retro comfort food. Executive chef Bill McDaniel, formerly at The Red Cat, excels at oversize onion rings, pimento cheese deviled eggs and crispy fried chicken thigh sandwich.
