At the Schnitzel Haus in Bay Ridge, Fred Urban has brought authentic German/Austrian cuisine to Brooklyn since 2007, with two generations of family recipes that recreate tastes from the “old country.” The wood-lined dining room is open daily, and they offer live music each weekend. Schnitzel Haus has ten German draft lines and an extensive variety of bottled German and Belgian biers.
