Sorella, an Italian restaurant opened by young first-timers Emma Hearst (yes, she is a descendant of William Randolph Hearst) and Sarah Krathen, was a breakout hit when it opened in 2009&mdash;so much so that when the space next door became available, they opened an adorable little bakery and gelateria, christening it Stellina ("little star" in Italian).
