Out of Business
Description
Please note: this business is now closed; nycgo.com keeps record of many old and closed venues. This upper-crust Upper East Side watering hole, where all are welcome, is almost always packed—and with good reason. From contemporary cuisine like corn fritters with Alaskan salmon roe, to the beloved cheese souffle, Swifty's diners always eat well. Be sure to leave room for tempting desserts such as lemon pound cake with lavender ice cream or chocolate molten cake, and keep your eyes peeled for celebrities who flock here for great home-style cooking.
