Terrone
Description
Terrone is the word the inhabitants of northern Italy used to refer to the inhabitants of southern Italy, because they were dedicated to working the land (Terra), originally referring to them in a derogatory way. With this, the folks at Terrone maintain links with their origins, bringing the products of the Italian land to the tables of America. Terrone is a tribute to the authentic cuisine and traditional flavors of Southern Italy, offering a culinary experience that leads directly to the discovery of southern roots and traditions.
