Since 2014, The Bier & Cheese Collective, previously named "Astoria Bier and Cheese-Ditmars," has been a preeminent provider of craft beer, artisanally crafted cheeses, charcuterie, specialty groceries and delicious food meant to be paired with the craft beer they sell and serve. Bier & Cheese is family-run and the staff is made up of folks from the community.
