Description
This splashy subterranean brasserie is a scene—its dining room lit like a stage, its clientele show-stopper glamorous. The Lobster Club is steered by the Major Food Group, the same folks responsible for two restaurants—The Grill and The Pool—that live upstairs in the iconic Seagram Building. Chef Tasuku Murakami oversees an Asian fusion menu with Tokyo-sourced sushi and sashimi, lobster dumplings in ginger-scallion sauce, New York strip steak and fabulous matcha cream puffs.
