This Lower East Side mainstay backs up its name with an absurdly thorough menu of whiskeys, serving more than a dozen single malts and a long list of bourbons—from small batch to single barrel—including a 23-year-old Pappy Van Winkle. The bar itself is boisterous on the weekends and mellow on the weekdays, when whiskey fans gather around the well-maintained pool table.
