Description
Famed New York chef Tom Colicchio, who’s also a judge on Bravo's Top Chef, created this chain of casual sandwich shops as an offshoot of his super-successful Craft restaurants. The key to his success? A range of ultrafresh ingredients, which can be found on sandwiches available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Some of the most popular offerings include pole-caught tuna, chicken salad and a triple-decker chunky-peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich.
